Refund and Returns Policy
At nICEskin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to contact us if something isn't right.
How it works
- Email us at niceskincare.contact@gmail.com telling us what happened (damaged product, item never arrived, not what you expected, etc.) and, if you can, attach a photo or video.
- We review your case within 48 hours at most.
- Depending on the case, we'll offer you a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost to you.
You usually don't need to physically return the product — we resolve your case using the information you share with us, to save you time and shipping costs.
Refunds are processed to the same payment method you used for the purchase and can take 5 to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank or payment provider.
